Hello Everyone,
We're bummed to announce that we're finishing our project called Flipzu. We will be shutting down the platform on April 30th May 14th, so all users can download the audio files.
Our experiment has come to an end. We're not finding the proper traction, and we plan to test different ideas in a near future.
If you're a developer, we will release most of our source code (broadcasting platform/mobile apps) on:
It's been amazing to hear you all. We appreciate all the time dedicated to our project and all the insights that you've shared with us :).

DeleteVery sad to see this fine service go away. We have gotten hours of enjoyment out of it and we'd like to see it continue. We in the blindness community are willing to pay for a service such as this as it is our version of Ustream or justin.tv. Let us know how we can keep FlipZu alive.

Being a beginner at broadcasting and trying to get over my fears of public speaking, I must say "Flipzu" your project has been a great help. I do thank you for your time & effort in getting this medium out, and I too hope we will experience your work again.

ReplyDeleteRealmente era uma ótima alternativa principalmente para quem não queria instalar programas para criar rádio, a Flipzu conseguiu desenvolver um sistema totalmente online, funcional e o melhor de tudo com total instabilidade. Parabéns aos desenvolvedores.
